About Our Company
Iritron is a Pretoria engineering, integration and manufacturing company, started in January 2000, that designs and builds electrical, instrumentation, control and decision support systems. It engineers MV and LV power and instrumentation systems, programs DCS, PLC and SCADA control systems, sets up advanced process control and process simulation, and implements MES and plant information systems. In its own workshop it builds motor control centres and custom panels (PLC, remote I/O, VSD, soft starter and distribution panels) and it also manages electrical construction and installation on site. Its main markets are mining, minerals and metals, food and beverage, power generation and alternative energy, with branches in Somerset West, Vanderbijlpark and Kathu, an office in Australia and projects across Africa and abroad.
