Parkhome Modular Units builds prefabricated modular buildings in its own factory in Benoni, for sale or for rent. Their units are used as site offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, clinics, accommodation, ablutions, change houses, kitchens and event units. They serve mining and construction, healthcare, hospitality, education and food clients, with rental units available throughout Southern Africa. Average lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, and with proper care a unit lasts more than 20 years.
